This is a pivotal election cycle, and RNHA understands that it is going to take strategic planning, patience, and constant preparation to strengthen Hispanic awareness and educate the population regarding Republican issues. Focus must be given to programs that produce results. The Republican National Hispanic Assembly will produce such programs.

    Moreover, the vision of the Republican National Hispanic Assembly is to be the premier membership organization for the Republican National Committee; number one information provider relating to issues affecting the Hispanic Community; and leader in advancing the principles and values of the Republican Party.

• To elect Republican candidates in Presidential, Congressional, State and local elections'
• To organize the diverse Hispanic community within the Republican Party;
• To promote the recruitment of Hispanic candidates and assist them with raising grassroots support;
• To promote the appointments of Hispanic leaders to high-level political positions in Republican Administrations at the federal, state and local levels.
